Biscoe Site is a proposed residential and industrial park located in the Town of Biscoe in Montgomery County. Stimmel conducted numerous analysis/conceptual site plan exhibits, providing relevant information regarding key physical features of the site and approximate site developable area as part of the Duke Energy’s Site Readiness Program.
