As the largest expansion in Cone Health history, construction of the $200 million, six-story North Tower was recently completed at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. In addition to the public space and healing garden, the demolition, phasing and relocation of the new Central Energy Plant plays a large role in the building’s focus on sustainable design.
