Stimmel conducted the site analysis and master planning of a tract of land situated at the Chatham-Randolph border on US Highway 64 in Siler City, NC. The sizable amount of land is suitable for a large industry and will house an automotive manufacturer. The master plan consists of a 1,155+ acre megasite and 614 acre support park.
