Salemtowne– an ecumenical, 171-unit community of 340+ residents is one of the larger CCRCs (120+ acres) in the Triad.
Woodlands Apartments: The outdoor living space was recently completed for the Independent Living Apartments & contains multiple levels designed for entertaining & relaxing & features a comforting water feature, cozy gas fireplace, inviting fire pit & an entertaining patio.
Assisted-Living & Skilled Nursing Center: Construction is underway on a healthcare community that will further de-institutionalize health care for seniors. The community will feature (3) 20-room “households” – each featuring skilled nursing care, private rooms, living & dining rooms, & a courtyard. In addition, the community will include a 40-bed transitional rehabilitation center & a 20- room assisted living memory-care household.
Our work on campus has included: Main Courtyard Amenities, Philips Healthcare Courtyard, New Healthcare Center & Rehab, The Woodlands (2 new Buildings), Rezoning, Master Planning for Babcock Property (60 acre tract), Master Planning for Walking Trails, & Updates to Cottage Landscapes.
