The new 52,000 sq. ft., pre-engineered metal building with a 16,000 sq. ft. mezzanine., is located on a 15-acre site in Mocksville, NC. It includes offices, conference rooms and warehouse space.
The $5 million Special Events Services, Inc. headquarters boasts easily accessible loading docks, a rigging workshop, a lighting and video studio, a spacious parking lot and an abundance of storage space. The exterior façade consists of EIFS, architectural metal panels, and extensive store-front and curtain wall systems. This industrial project also includes electrical, mechanical, a sprinkler system and storage racks.
Stimmel is currently working with the client on a building expansion of approximately 22,000 to 25,000 sq. ft. with 40 new employee parking spaces, fire lane, and 4 truck docks.
