Stimmel Associates played an integral role in the creation of The Artreaux, overseeing the land planning, engineering, & rezoning efforts that transformed a former Limited Industrial zone into a Pedestrian Business-Limited district. This crucial rezoning opened the door for a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development that complements Industry Hill’s creative & cultural character. The site’s transformation was supported by a 2-story precast parking garage, accessible from both Trade & Tenth Streets, providing access for residents & visitors.

The Artreaux incorporates thoughtful design features & a variety of amenities that set it apart as a premier downtown living space.
