The Easley, a 271-unit apartment community, is located on 4.7 acres just across First Street from Truist Stadium. With heavily-bricked exteriors, the building pays homage to traditional Winston-Salem architecture. Amenities include a fenced dog park & dog wash; an elevated saltwater swimming pool with an aqua lounge; a clubhouse/fitness center; a clubroom with co-working space; an outdoor kitchen; a fire pit; electric car-charging stations, bike storage; & an elevated outdoor terrace overlooking the baseball stadium. Sidewalks & street lights will also be added along the roads fronting the project.

In addition to the residential units, a small public park is situated on the north end of the site plan and includes a bike path for city dwellers to connect through downtown Winston-Salem.
