Home to Minor League Baseball’s Winston-Salem Dash, the 5,500-seat ballpark is located southwest of the downtown core and serves as an anchor to the proposed 30+ acre Mixed-Use site consisting of the 5,000+ seat baseball stadium, a 50,000 sq. ft. theater, 178,000 sq. ft. of Mixed-Use Retail, over 53,000 sq. ft. dedicated to Restaurant uses, 234,000 sq. ft. of Office Space, 390 units of Residential Living space, four parking decks & surface parking located in central Winston-Salem, adjacent to the downtown business district. The ballpark is situated on a sloped 17-acre parcel surrounded on four sides by major roadways.
The ballpark represents the first phase of a planned mixed-use development that is transforming this site, once a dilapidated housing district, into a thriving entertainment district.
