Twin City Lofts is the first new residential project with condominiums for sale in downtown Winston-Salem since 2008. Located at the corner of West Fourth and Marshall Street, Twin City Lofts is a conversion of a six-story building to 21 luxury condominiums, and 11,800 sq. ft. of retail spaces on first floor for tenants including CycleBar and an upscale restaurant.
Originally the site of the historic Twin City Club, this adaptive redevelopment was completed in 2017.
