Twin Lakes Community is a 210-acre continuing care community with 400 Independent Living beds, 57 Assisted Living beds, 230 Nursing & Medicare beds, over 400 duplex & Single Family homes, lakes, walking trails, community gardens, & fitness center. Stimmel has worked on numerous projects on Campus over the past 5+ years. Most recently:
Garden Home Development: The addition of 28 new garden homes over 3 phases of construction. The $15 million project will increase the community to 434 total homes.
Healthcare Building: Stimmel designed 5 individual resident courtyards, chapel garden, physical therapy courtyard, event lawns, biocells & foundation plantings. Hardscape elements including patios, shade structures, raised planters, white noise fountains, & fencing.
Gathering Hall: Stimmel was responsible for updating/re-designing the outdoor space with patios for small & medium sized seating areas, fire pit, colored concrete, dry creek bed to deal with existing conditions, shade structures & pergolas, & redesigning an existing parking lot for drop-off area.
