Union Cross Business Park is a 400-acre site with 29 lots consisting of office, warehouse and light industrial sites. As a public and private partnership, the site was designed to be cost-efficient and accommodating, while maintaining the natural appeal of the surrounding environment.
Stimmel provided engineering plans for the Construction of Enterprise Park Boulevard to connect to the main roadway and grading of Lot 11 including: clearing & grubbing, grading, erosion controls, storm drainage, water distribution, curb & gutter, & paving.
