Stimmel is currently assisting WhiteStone Retirement Community with civil engineering & landscape architectural services on a multi-phase expansion.
Phase 1 will include a 6-story Independent Living (64 apartments) expansion, a new 3-story Assisted Living Facility, new utility services, courtyard amenities, outdoor kitchen, shade structures and expanded parking for 120 spaces.
Phase 2 will include New Assisted Living/Memory Care building: 3-story building; 24 assisted living apartments; 12 memory care suites
New Independent Living building: 4-story building with underground parking; 67 apartment homes
