Recently completed in Spring of 2015, Bailey Park is the social core of IQ’s North District. During the initial streetscape and infrastructure work, the majority of the site was cleared of outbuildings, debris, remnant building foundations and three electrical transmission towers, which were saved for future relocation in the park. The park has a stage with sloped lawn, seating for 250+/-, restrooms, a food truck courtyard, plazas, lawns, gardens and water features. Bailey Park is the public space that will catalyze additional economic development and the social and cultural values of the North District.
