As President & Project Manager Director, Tim wears many hats, but his most important role is being the steady hand that steers the Stimmel office day in & day out. Tim heads numerous commercial, prototypical & institutional projects & is responsible for initial client contact, determining scope of work, & supervision of staff through the construction document process. Tim has been with Stimmel for 35 years.

Neal has been with the Stimmel team for 26 years. He spent nearly 6 years in the general construction business before turning to the civil engineering side of the development industry; Neal serves as the Director of Civil Engineering and Senior Project Manager. His expertise includes work for various commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mixed-use & residential development projects.

As Senior Project Manager, Kelway’s category expertise includes residential developments, commercial, industrial & municipal projects. His responsibilities consist of client contact & management, project engineering, & managing the design team to meet the client’s budget, schedule & goals. His 30+ years' experience have been key in building Stimmel’s portfolio & culture. Kelway has been with the Stimmel team for 26 years.

Working determinedly to understand our clients’ business & collaborating to uncover current opportunities, Luke is Director of our Land Planning Department. He is responsible for client contact & coordination, determining the scope of work, site planning, neighborhood organizational input & municipal review meetings, zoning & board approvals, opinion of probable costs, & supervision of staff. Luke’s categories of expertise include industrial/economic development, commercial/retail & residential development projects. Luke has been with Stimmel for 21 years.

Kimberly has been with the Stimmel team for 33 years. Her attention to detail for courtyards, streetscapes, amenity design, & landscape architecture brings a unique perspective to Stimmel that’s both integrated & informed. From healing gardens to 100-acre landscapes, she includes elements that are sustainable, creative & functional within specific project parameters. As a Senior Project Manager for commercial, mixed-use & institutional clients, Kimberly’s experience & leadership are key to Stimmel’s award-winning & results-focused design services.

Christy’s approach to bringing fresh, innovative ideas & design to our clients has been an essential part of Stimmel’s presence in downtown economic development. As Project Manager, her background in sustainable design, master planning, preparation of design standards & client coordination, paired with her unique urban design experience & style, have fostered the tandem growth of our clients & agency capabilities. With over 25 years in the industry, her experience ranges from New Urbanism & Neotraditional master planning, streetscape & urban design, public space design, to construction in a variety of multi-faceted projects. Christy is actively working on the Innovation Quarter’s master planning & landscape design located in downtown Winston-Salem. She has been with the Stimmel team for 15 years.

Jessie has been with Stimmel for 27 years. Having a large role with our prototypical market clients, Jessie has worked with a wide range of corporate & individual companies throughout the Southeast, expanding the Stimmel reach to South Carolina & Virginia. As Senior Project Manager, Jessie works on an array of commercial projects & clients covering the varying facets of development from client contact & coordination through construction assistance.

Leading our Charlotte Landscape Architecture team, Dan joined Stimmel in 2017 & has over 29 years' experience partnering with private & public clients to develop character-driven, innovative design solutions & creates exceptionally engaging spaces on both large & small-scale projects.
