Duke Energy's Site Readiness Program is intended to identify, assess, improve, & increase awareness of industrial sites in the Duke Energy Carolinas' region. The program provides assistance to local governments & economic development officials to develop a strategy for getting sites fully ready to market for industrial projects.

Stimmel conducts numerous analysis & conceptual site plan exhibits & provides relevant information regarding key physical features of the site & approximate site developable area.
